By accessing or using the services provided by 3DollarStaff, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Overview

3DollarStaff provides dedicated remote staffing services on a full-time (50 hours/week) or part-time (25 hours/week) basis. Services are designed for ongoing operational support and are not intended for one-time or short-duration tasks.

2. Engagement Model

Clients are assigned dedicated personnel who work exclusively on their tasks during agreed working hours. All staff are managed and employed by 3DollarStaff and operate as part of our internal team structure.

3. Independent Service Provider

3DollarStaff operates as an independent service provider. Assigned personnel shall not be considered employees, agents, or representatives of the client under any circumstances.

4. Scope of Work

Services are limited to tasks and responsibilities agreed upon at the time of onboarding. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate discussion, approval, and pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing clear instructions and task requirements
  • Granting necessary access to tools, systems, and platforms
  • Maintaining timely communication for effective service delivery
6. Payment Terms
  • New clients are billed on a weekly basis
  • Ongoing clients may transition to monthly billing
  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms to ensure uninterrupted services
Payment & Suspension

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice. Services will resume only after all outstanding dues are cleared.

7. Staff Replacement

If a client is not satisfied with the assigned personnel, 3DollarStaff will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Confidentiality

3DollarStaff agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data, and business operations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that only necessary and appropriate information is shared for service delivery.

9. Client Data & Access Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing secure and appropriate access to their systems. 3DollarStaff shall not be held liable for any data loss, breach, or misuse arising from client systems, third-party platforms, or access permissions granted by the client.

10. Service Disclaimer

While we strive to provide reliable and professional services, 3DollarStaff does not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or performance metrics.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DollarStaff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

12. Force Majeure

3DollarStaff shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, power disruptions, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with reasonable notice, subject to any agreed terms. Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination completion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

3DollarStaff reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
